Finding textbooks

To find a textbook, do a search by course number or name in the Course Reserve through Sofia, our discovery tool. The Course Reserve, located behind the library’s Circulation Desk, is where professors leave mandatory documents or those judged pertinent for a given course.

If the textbook you’re looking for is not in the Reserve, you can also:

You don't know your Course Code or Name? You can find it in the Répertoire des cours et horaires (Course and Schedule Directory, in French only).

Professors and lecturers leave optional and mandatory documents for their courses at the Course Reserve, located behind the Loan Desk of the Library. You can access the list of reserve items available at the Library for a particular course using its Code or Name.
