The Library keeps two copies of course notes published at Polytechnique Montréal. Copy 2 can be borrowed, while copy 1 must remain for onsite consultation.
To find course notes, search in the Library’s catalogue following the steps below:
On the homepage of the Library’s website, enter the course number for the notes in question in the search field under “Books,” OR enter the course name, followed by the word « cours » (in French), as illustrated below:
The two copies of the course notes in paper format are located in the GOUV section (Government Publications).
Look at the document’s classification number. If copy 2 is out, you can consult copy 1 on site at the Library.
Please note that some professors do not publish their course notes. In such cases, you may be able to access the course notes elsewhere, for example:

Professors and lecturers leave optional and mandatory documents for their courses at the Course Reserve, located behind the Loan Desk of the Library. You can access the list of reserve items available at the Library for a particular course using its Code or Name.
