Interlibrary Loans

Your request will change status as it is being processed by our staff. Here is where you can locate that information :

1. Go to Sofia 
2. Click on Connexion at the top right corner of the page.
3. Go to Requests
4. The status of your request will display over the "Request again" button.

Canceled : the request has been canceled by library staff.

Completed : your request has been completed, you have received the requested item.

Available for consultation : your document is ready to be downloaded or picked up.

In transit : the item has been shipped by the lending library and is coming to Polytechnique.

Expired link : the 30 days delay for viewing the article is passed.

Cannot provide : Library staff cannot obtain the requested item, the reason why is provided.

Submitted : the request is being processed by library staff.
