This guide provides the list of the scientific journals in which professors from Polytechnique Montréal have published the most between 2019 and 2023. This list by department was compiled in July 2024 from data available in PolyPublie.
If you are a Polytechnique professor or researcher who would like to disseminate your articles in Polytechnique Montréal’s institutional repository PolyPublie in order to comply with the Tri-Agency Open Access Policy on Publications or with the Fonds de recherche du Québec Open Access Policy for the Dissemination of Research, this guide is for you.
Before an article can be deposited in PolyPublie, the first step is to ensure the journal's publisher allows self-archiving in the publishing agreement. Many publishers freely allow the archiving of the article’s final, peer-reviewed manuscript, i.e., the article’s final text (also called post print), which does not include the publisher’s formatting.
The most effective way to determine self-archiving rights is to click on the "Archiving permissions details" hyperlink provided for each journal presented in this guide. Archiving rights granted by publishers in typical publishing agreements are often included in these sections. Information contained in this guide mostly come from the publisher’s website.
