Click the arrow to the right of My Account and select Fees from the drop-down menu.
STEP 2
Go to the fees page in your profile. This page allow you to see the fees associated with the documents or any other fees recorded in your file.
Select the fees you want to pay.
Please note that your loan file is blocked when your costs have incurred $50.
Click Pay Fee.
STEP 3
Information on the nature of the data will be transmitted to confirm the payment by clicking the black button I accept. Pay now.
STEP 4
You will be taken to a window to enter payment details.
Once the required fields are completed, complete the transaction by clicking Pay Fee.
STEP 5
The message « Payment submitted. Charges will be removed from your account when payment has cleared » is displayed.
A transaction confirmation emailis then sent to the email address provided in the payment form. On the credit card transaction statement, the transaction will be identified as SOFIABUQ514-2888524.
