Save your library in a local folder on your computer and not on OneDrive, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, etc.

Comments:
4:06: We recommend that you create and use a single EndNote Library. There is no need to have multiple libraries with common references.
6:25: Manually creating a reference is useful for Web pages.
