Want to do more with Zotero?

Zotero's extensions allow users to add additional features to the software. As Zotero is an open source software, all extensions are free.

Here are some recommended plugins :

  • Zotfile : Allows you to rename files with defined naming rules or extract notes from PDF files.
  • ZoteroPreview : Displays a Preview tab to view the reference formatted according to the desired style.
  • Zotero DOI Manager : Allows you to automatically check and correct DOIs for scientific articles.

Community guides

The Zotero user community has created comprehensive documentation for Zotero. The Zotero forum is also a good source for more complex problems.
