The Zotero community has created over 10,000 citation styles, in addition to the dozens already included with Zotero. To see the complete list, visit the Zotero Style Repository.
To add a style to Zotero, follow these steps:
Edit → Settings → Cite → Styles → Get additional styles
To ensure that the Zotero reference is properly formatted, one can set the header of the right-hand pane (info section) to display the formatted reference in a chosen style.
To do this, follow these steps:
Edit → Settings → General → Item pane header → Bibliography entry

Once you are finished importing, and before creating bibliographies or reference lists, you need to check that each piece of information is accurate, complete and correctly written for each new reference added. To do this, look at each field in the Info section on the right side of the Zotero window.
